Kenneth Lockhart has over 26 years of consulting experience in management consulting, strategic planning, systems selection, process design and documentation. He also specializes in the implementation of manufacturing, distribution, project management and financial management systems in the engineering and construction (AEC), manufacturing, distribution and professional services industries. Mr. Lockhart has a proven track record of founding several successful companies as well as recently worked as VP of Information Technology and CIO for a major Electrical Contractor.  Ken holds a Bachelors in Management for Wayne State University, MBA from American Intercontinental University and Masters of Divinity from Liberty University.

Kevin Moore has over 20 years of executive experience in the construction industry, leading one of the largest US construction groups as the CFO, President, and Chairman.   He implemented specific strategic and tactical initiatives that led to significant growth in both revenue and profitability and to its recognition as an industry leader.  Prior to the construction industry, Kevin had 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, implementing advanced initiatives such as activity based costing and process redesign to achieve high levels of efficiency.   He is well experienced in best in class processes in both operational and administrative disciplines.   Kevin holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting / Finance and an MBA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

Kyle Swafford brings nearly two decades of experience in ERP implementation, transformational change, organization design and development, culture, governance, business intelligence and analytics, software development and IT strategy. He specializes in the implementation of financial management, project management and HCM/payroll systems and has previously served as CIO for a major contractor in the engineering and construction industry. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, he holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with Certificates in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Easton Technology Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Christopher Swoger, manages and designs the implementation footprint specifically for each client. Chris has over 25 years experience as a DBA, developer and manager on multiple platforms as well as complex software development for the energy and construction industries, including nuclear and government. Chris also has international experience implementing eAM, and Oracle financials. Chris manages teams at J&T Technology Soutions as well as other on-shore and off-shore resources to maximize customer satisfaction and bottom line. Chris was born in Pennsylvania and holds B.S. in Computer Science, with Minor in Mathematics.
